Today, Kris channels her business savvy and design knowledge into her true passion: helping people find home. Viewing her role as service and advocacy rather than sales, she uses her leadership skills and humor to turn a stressful process into a positive, empowering experience.

Outside of work, Kris enjoys reading, road trips, and spending time with her family and pets.

Matt built a career negotiating media rights and operational planning, while tangentially amassing hands-on experience managing rentals and property renovations. This blend of strategic and practical expertise shapes how he seamlessly guides clients through the transaction journey.

Good broker representation begins with understanding the human behind the transaction. And Matt’s approach is grounded in transparency, emotional intelligence, and a simple guiding question: what is genuinely best for the client?

It is Matt’s intention to provide clients with an experience unlike any they’ve had in real estate. That means debunking the myths, making excellent communication a recurring habit, and educating clients so they have what they need to feel confident making important decisions.

Holding a master’s degree in conflict resolution and a bachelor's in communication, Lauren excels at navigating high-stress situations with empathy and clarity. She ensures all details and deadlines are seamlessly managed to support a successful transaction for every client.

Outside the office, Lauren loves watching her two children grow, cooking, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
