Lauren Beeney

Lauren has a bachelor’s degree in communication and a master’s degree in conflict resolution. This provides her a unique background in attending not only to what people are saying and how to get a message across, but in interacting with the world with empathy and understanding, particularly in high stress situations (hello home buying/sales!). This also means that she has a keen understanding of deadlines and the importance of clarity and ensuring that everyone has what they need, when they need it, in order to support a successful transaction.

Lauren has 2 kids and enjoys seeing and encouraging their ever-changing growth and development. She enjoys podcasts, books on tape, and cooking.

Lauren comes to real estate by way of art consulting & interior design, hospitality & human resources, and public policy & conflict resolution. Her main through lines to all these careers and experiences has been organization, efficiency, and relationship. Lauren brings the force of all these practices to bear on supporting Kris Kachirisky as her Operations Director and to the benefit of all our clients.
