Matt most enjoys the teaching aspect of the business, and has the ability to take complicated subjects and make them digestible. This is especially handy in helping clients navigate contracts, inspections, and negotiations, without speaking in industry jargon. His clients always receive thoughtful guidance, candid advice, and a little levity along the way.
Prior to real estate, Matt served as a vice president for a professional sports team, where he worked with corporate and broadcast partners, developing media and content partnerships, and also creating complex operational plans. As a result, Matt excels at simultaneously managing multiple priorities. And he understands the true essence of crafting a deal that creates a win for both sides of the transaction.
Matt’s wife is a fourth-generation Oregonian, and the Pacific Northwest has been his home for 25 years. Outside of work, he volunteers with a local nonprofit supporting seniors who are aging in place. He also enjoys cooking, cycling, golf, and a poorly-played guitar.
